The room was a little dated but was spotless clean, it had towels, spare pillows, tissues, hand cleaner, shower gel & a shower over the bath with a fantastic lage shower head, Tea & Coffee making facilities. We only stayed one night as we were hospital visiting, we were greated by a young gentleman(i think was the Manager) & a young Lady called Shannon, they were both very helpful,polite, pleasant & obliging. They accommodated us with 2 easy chairs as requested & delivered them to our room for us. They are a credit to Days Inn & have always got a smile on their faces. Thank You

I liked the way the receptionist made me feel welcome with their happy to help and friendly attitude as soon as I entered the hotel, especially a gentleman called Ash, who I had the pleasure to meet on both days that I stayed. I liked the way that the staff offered to carry my bag and ensured that I stayed hydrated while in my room by giving me a bottle of water on both occasions. I commend Ash as a valued member of your front of house team and I hope he stays with the company for a long duration as he is an asset to the company. I have been a regular visitor to days inn Taunton deane over the past few years and shall continue to do so, hopefully in the years ahead.

Room was ok, spacious with a double bed and a single. Bathroom was ok, no separate shower cubicle, just a shower over the bath. Beds were comfortable, but pillows very soft, however for an overnight stay it was very good. We got vouchers from reception for breakfast costing £7.50 for £10 worth of breakfast in the outlets. If the hotel had done breakfast, it would have made the stay perfect! Special thanks to Ash at reception….. what a brilliant ambassador for Days Inn!

Staff were very pleasant but weren't on duty much. Basic teas & coffee but not enough for our 2 night stay. Had to ask for a top up. Beds very comfortable. Adequate facilities in room & enjoyed the fact that the fast food facilities were close by & nice. Nice & quiet for our stay. Nice TV .

It was clean, everyone was friendly and polite. It was much quieter than I thought it would be and we had enough space in the room. Felt like a safe space. Good value for money. Felt like we had privacy and the beds were comfortable

The staff went above and beyond to assist us. Ash at Reception made every effort to help with a mistake I had made on our booking and so managed to get us in a better room to keep our anniversary weekend special. He offered a cot for my daughter 'we had our own' and was overall friendly and proffessional even after what was a long day/week when speaking with him. The housekeeping staff were equally friendly and made us feel welcome

Generous, clean, light airy room with good, clean en-suite facilities. Very comfortable and relaxing bed with plenty of pillows. Godd nights sleep and a very refreshing shower in the morning. A very good stay.

Great Value for a quick one night stop over for a meeting the following day. Clean comfortable my only negative is there is only McD for a meal option as we were late in. Your staff member was extremely helpful when checking in and our door handle came off. He swiftly provided us with an alternative room.

After a frazzled day we arrived to a very warm and friendly welcome by Nick on reception he really cheered us up! He could not have been more helpful. The room was spotless the beds were super comfy and very quiet in the room considering motorway location. The shower was great waterfall style and plenty of clean towels. Checkout was super easy and we met another member of staff on the way out who was lovely and polite holding doors open to help us through with luggage. Very impressed with customer service and good value for money. Would definitely use a Days Inn again Thanks Nick and Co.

Lovely staff. Check in and check out were a breeze. Location was perfect to break up a long drive to Cornwall. I had very low expectations but am now so glad that I did book. The room was a decent size and clean. The bed sheets and pillows smelled fresh. Window was large and curtains did not let in too much light. The shower was AMAZING!! Hot with great pressure. Nice fluffy towels. Will definitely book again!
